The idea behind this promotional microsite was to prank your friends with a fake road rage letter in which your friend would receive a warning email about their driving habits. Your friend would have a link at the bottom of this official-looking email, which claims to show the video evidence against them. Upon clicking the link your friend is sent to watch the trailer for the movie Drive Angry 3D. This driver mechanic created very successful flow of traffic to the microsite and onwards to the official movie site. Designs for this campaign included both the microsite and official movie website, plus the email letter design to drive visitors to both websites. View the official website here .
